Condenser Expanders and Mandrels: Suitable for tube sheets ranging from 0.250 inches (6.35 mm) OD, 18GA (0.48 mm) for small-scale projects, to 1.500 inches (38.1 mm) OD, 19GA (0.50 mm) for larger heat exchanger applications up to 12.750 inches (323.9 mm).
Boiler Tube Expanders: Featuring a compact cage design with captured rolls, these expanders enable rolling and flaring in one step. Paired mandrels ensure smooth operation in drums, headers, or hand-hole rolling tasks.
Straight Expanders: Adjustable collar expanders are ideal for touch-up rolling and can pair with flare expanders for deep roll flaring. Expanders for fire tube boilers requiring final beading are also available.
